Event organizers utilizing our platform are required to comply with standard AML regulations. This involves ensuring transactions and funds involved in their events are legitimate and not linked to any illegal activities. Organizers found to be in violation of AML regulations may face termination of services and legal consequences.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to images, text, logos, and software, is the property of Winee3 and is protected by international copyright laws.
6. NFT Ticketing and Event Management
Purchasing an NFT ticket grants you access to exclusive perks for specific events. You must comply with the additional terms associated with each event and ticket.
7. Online Dating Feature
You must adhere to respectful conduct while using the dating feature. Inappropriate behavior may lead to termination of access.
8. Termination
We may terminate your access to our services if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in illegal or harmful conduct.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
Winee3 is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We will not be liable for any damages, including consequential or incidental damages, arising from your use of our services.

While we strive to maintain the highest levels of security and integrity, we cannot guarantee complete security of information or transactions on the platform. We are not responsible for any unforeseen vulnerabilities or breaches.
